1. Gentle Stretch
Begin with a full-body yawn and a side stretchâstanding or seated.
⨠Breathe into your side body.
⨠Let your arms float overhead, then release slowly.
2. Morning Breathwork
Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly.
⨠Inhale through your nose for 4 counts.
⨠Hold for 2.
⨠Exhale gently for 6 counts.
Repeat 3â5 rounds to center your nervous system.
3. A Centering Affirmation
