Welcome to Your Sage Stage
A gentle space for women in their 60s and beyond to step out of pressure, comparison, and “never enough” — and into a life that feels calm, nourished, and truly your own.
Sage is about stepping into a life where joy, love, and acceptance are found — where you savor small moments and linger in a feeling of calm and happiness.
A Different Kind of Fitness
Beyond Workouts & Willpower
For years, I lived in the world of sets, reps, and “do more.” Strength training, programs, plans — always trying to measure up.
Now, Sage is my gentle rebellion.
Here, “fitness” doesn’t mean chasing youth or perfection. It means:
Feeling at home in your body
Moving in ways that feel kind, not punishing
Letting go of guilt for “not doing enough”
Building a life that feels soft, steady, and deeply yours
Sage isn’t about fixing you. It’s about finally being on your own side.
The Four Pillars of Sage Stage
Sanctuary
Your home, your evenings, your mornings – all become small safe havens. Candles, cozy throws, a quiet corner, a favorite mug. Simple details that signal to your nervous system: you’re safe here.
Gentle Movement
No grind. No bootcamps. Just kind, steady movement that keeps you strong, stable, and confident — walking, simple strength, yoga-inspired stretches woven into rituals, not “workouts.”
Nourishing Simplicity
Comforting, realistic meals, warm drinks, and recipes that support your energy without obsession or complicated rules. Food as a friend, not an enemy.
Stillness & Imagination
Guided meditations and quiet moments that help you soften self-criticism, breathe deeper, and imagine the life you actually want to live — then gently step into it.
You’re 60+ (or close) and tired of “anti-aging” and pressure to look younger
You want calm evenings, soft mornings, and a sense of sanctuary in your days
You’re done with punishing workout culture but still want to feel strong and capable
You crave more peace, joy, and intention — and less overwhelm and noise
You like the idea of turning everyday life into small rituals to look forward to
Is Sage For You?
Meet Kim, The Heart Behind Sage Stage
I’m Kim, a 60-something woman who spent years in the fitness world — as a personal trainer, health coach, yoga teacher, and group fitness instructor.
I know what it feels like to live in constant comparison, to push harder, and still feel like it’s not enough. Somewhere along the way, I realized:
I didn’t want my life to revolve around “fixing” myself anymore.
Sage Stage is the life I chose instead — one built on gentle movement, cozy home comforts, simple nourishing food, and meditations that remind me I’m allowed to rest, enjoy, and just be.
Now I share that world with other women who are ready to step into their own Sage Stage.
A soft evening ritual with a candle, your favorite blanket, and a 10-minute meditation that helps you unwind.
A slow morning stretch, a warm mug between your hands, sunlight on the table, and a short reflection that sets a kind tone for the day.
A simple dinner you actually enjoy, eaten at a calm pace, instead of standing at the counter or scrolling in a rush.
Sanctuary isn’t a perfect house or a perfect body. It’s a feeling you create on purpose, in the life you have right now.

Begin Your Sage Stage
You don’t have to overhaul your life. You can start with one small ritual: an evening meditation, a cozy corner in your home, or a gentle movement practice that feels kind.
