Sage Stage Fitness was born from a simple belief: strength is ageless.

I know firsthand that fitness after 60 isn’t about chasing youth or perfection—it’s about building confidence, strength, and vitality that carry you through the years with joy and independence.

For me, movement has always been more than exercise—it’s been a way to stay grounded, resilient, and connected to life. Over the years, I’ve blended my passion for fitness with formal training to create a holistic approach designed especially for women in midlife and beyond. I bring both personal experience and professional expertise, holding certifications as an:

  • ACE Certified Personal Trainer (2008)

  • ACE Certified Health Coach (2014)

  • SilverSneakers Certified Instructor (2020)

  • Registered Yoga Teacher (2022)
