Salmon and Snap Pea Stir Fry

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 oz) salmon fillet

  • 1 cup snap peas, trimmed

  • ½ cup sliced red bell pepper

  • 2 tsp tamari

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Cook the salmon fillet for 3–4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add the snap peas and bell pepper. Sauté for 3–4 minutes.

Trim and slice the vegetables before cooking for quicker preparation.
