Morning Yoga Practice

To bring in yoga into our lives, it is always good to go slow and understand the nature of the body and its limitations. Bringing this yoga sequence into your early mornings schedule will set you up for success by aligning with the goal of a healthy lifestyle.

To feel better you could practice the Morning Yoga Sequence in two rounds before ending it in Savasana (Corpse Pose, lying flat on your back) to relax.
