✨ Sage Stage Recipe: Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients (6 servings)
• ¼ cup cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
• 2 cups unsweetened almond or oat milk
• ½ cup chia seeds (black or white)
• 3 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• (Optional) ¼ tsp ground cardamom
• (Optional) Pinch of ground nutmeg
• Toppings: fresh berries, banana slices, chopped nuts, or coconut flakes
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk cocoa powder to remove clumps. Add milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and optional spices. Whisk until smooth (mixture will thicken as it chills).
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Stir before serving.
3. Divide into bowls or jars, add toppings, and enjoy!
